TUX dilemma- annoyed

So we picked out our tuxes for the bridal party and they said everything is included down to the cufflinks! We handpicked everything and discussed it in and full. They said FH's would be the most expensive and his full outfit came to $220.

Our bridal party came to get fitted and they all paid in FULL in advance for their tuxes. (It came to around $185). Well the day comes for the men to pick it up and they claim that the tie we picked for our groomsman is an additional $95. My dad and brother not knowing what was going on just kind of grumbled and paid and then come back to me to complain.

So FH calls the place and says why were we never told of this additional charge why is the black on black tie any different than the black on white tie we picked for him and the black and red ties we picked for the fathers? (same brand and style color is the only difference)!!!!!
Also, when they supposedly paid in full why were they not notified that there would be an additional $95 charge to rent the tie?? The guy said he would get back to FH but was hemming and hawwing the whole time....

My brother better get his $95 back. Isn't that insane?? What do I do???

wow, that is really annoying!!!

don't worry, it'll get worked out and your bro will get his $$$ back (worst case, you can switch to the other tie)

i'm going to have to do something because I am not changing the ties two days before the wedding it sounds silly but it really throws the whole outfit off than and the whole theme we had going. but there is no way they can get away with this when it was never ever mentioned to anyone else beforehand.

Do you have receipts and/or contracts so you can prove this to the tuxedo shop? That would def help if you do!
