Tux question

Ok, so my Fh is in Air Force n leaves middle of may to go over seas for the summer.. He should be back Hopefully end of july and the wedding is in october.. Ok so now my questions is...
when should we go n order all the tuxs for the men. Before he leaves or will we have enough time when he comes home????
