Tux question

Tux question

Are you girls going with your FH to pick out the tuxes are do you let them pick them put on their own? My FH was saying he wanted to go soon but I wasn't sure if I'm supposed to go with him to pick it out or if he goes on his own with the guys. What are you girls doing?

Future hubby and I visited a few places ... We'll be more serious in the New Year. But we are going together!

im going with fh because knowing him he will show up in a gray tux with ivory shirt just to drive me crazy... okay he is not that bad but he is still a guy

I went with FH we picked them out and then his BM got annoyed that we went without him. Mind you the BM lives in VA.

I went with FH, and all the tux places seemed to be used to that. They said some brides even come in with pictures and say 'make my FH look like this.'

We ended up going with Black Tie Tuxedos in Smithtown. They were super nice and helpful, let FH try stuff on, and understood the look we were going for. The first of our GM went to get measured there last week and had a great experience too.

FH and I are going to go sometime in February to go pick out which tux and color vest and also the ties for the guys (we are going to purchase these for them). Then FH is going to plan to get the guys together after that to go get measured and order and then they will probably have a 'guys day'.
