We are using afterhours and the more I have to interact with them the more annoying it is becoming. I am using the one in roosevelt field and they just don't know what they are doing. I just can't understand this. I had to go there twice and give them a piece of my mind and I am so close to just calling off the deal with them but I can't ask the GM to go for another fitting somewhere else. At this point I will have to stay on top of them.

just for a heads up..FH was ina wedding for a friend that used them and ughhh there was lipstick stain on the collar and one of the guys was missing cuff links and another missing his TIE

I have heard some other not so great reviews about this store and location.

We tried there when we went looking at tuxes and we couldn't even get someone to help us at the store. 1 kid and 3 couples waiting to be helped.
