The guys are renting their tuxes from Jos A. Banks. They go in for measurements a month before the wedding, then the tuxes come in 2-3 days before the wedding. The store suggests coming in for a final fitting and if any last minute alterations are needed they will do them quickly. The issue is that most of the guys won't be in town until Friday - and then the wedding in Saturday.
Has anyone had issues with this or figured this out? Thanks!

we decided to use mens warehouse so that the guys can pick them up whatever is close to them (we have OOT GM too). ask Jos A Bank if the guys can do that since they are a chain...

We asked about that but they said they've had issues with groomsmen forgetting them, etc.

Idk, I say as long as the groom's tux fits him perfectly, I wouldn't worry too much. I'd say that on Friday they should try them on and as long as there aren't any big issues (a shirtsleeves 4 inches too long or a jacket that doesn't fit at all) I wouldn't stress it. Tell the shop about your problem so that they know that they might have to do some very last minute alterations. I'm sure they've had your situation many times before!

My guys are getting their tux's from their as well. I have out of towners in the bridal party and this is what was told to me:
My wedding is on a Friday, so if the guy is coming in on Wed or Thurs they will have to have their tux delivered to the store that is closest to their home and travel with it. If they are here prior to Wed that can pick up their tux with the rest of the local guys.
