We went to FI's friends' tuxedo shop today and officially picked everything out.
We're going with the sharpei-tie in white satin for FI, bamboo (champagne) for the GM's, and gold for the Ushers and dad's!
I highly recm'd 1800tuxedo.com - they have a location in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, and Hempstead, Long Island.
We got an AWESOME price!!!!!!!

Hahahaha - when we walked into the shop - FI picked out a zebra printed tux jacket! Never let them do it alone....

congrats luv. I LOVE the name of the tie...sharpei, like the cutie little doggies! I think that's hysterical.
I have to say when I called over to this place they were VERY nice and helpful over the phone, even when hearing that I needed to purchase suits rather than ties...they still tried to help me out to find the best way to go. Definitely worth a look for your fh's!
