I have a question. I know some of you have used them. There work is really nice, but they are really, REALLY hard to get in touch with. Anyone have this problem?

I would have to say that this is because they recently became extremely popular due to this board. They never did any type of advertising other than word of mouth.
I would recommend you call in the evenings - thats when we were able to reach them best.

I don't usually have a problem getting in touch with them, but I call in the evening.

Try them during the week- leave a message- I have had decent luck during the week in the afternoons & some mornings after like 10.
They will definetly get back to you.

I called during the middle of the afternoon to set up my engagement shoot, and someone was in the office. That's the time to reach them. I think they get into the office at 10ish in the morning, during the week.
