I met with Dominic and want to book Twelfth Night Photography for my wedding but they have not been responsive. Dominic said that it might take a while for him to get back to us but it's been over a week.....has anyone else had a problem with this? Any advice would be helpful!

yeah their photos are great and everyone's review of them is wonderful. we haven't signed a contract with them yet and i think i'm just anxious to have everything planned! Good luck with your meeting!

For some reason it takes them a while to get back to people... Personally, when I was trying to get ahold of them, I left a message and then would try to call back the next day. I almost always got him... and I know whenever we were in there meeting with him he did answer the phone :) Try evenings! I would say that he is worth the wait! :)

When I first called he did not return my call, but I called again and was able to make an appt for the next day. Once you talk to him he is very receptive - don't be put off that he didn't return your call. He's really a nice guy -FH is very picky about who he trusts/likes and he liked him immediately. We're very excited to be using them! Also I'm meeting with Travis from Mittermax (the video guy) tomorrow so if you want more info on that FM me.

I have to say- I have had the same problem. But, I still want to book them!
I have emailed him twice about information he requested, and he still hasn't gotten back to me. When I try to call, I never get an ans machine for some reason, so it just rings, and rings... And, the reason I am calling is to make an apt to sign a contract!
I tried calling numerous times today, but will try again tomorrow!!!
edit- well, I didn't know his office was closed on Mondays- so thanks! I think Dom reads the boards too- he emailed me today! ha.

I havent had that problem. But I do know he always sayd he wont be in on weekends since hes very busy now with weddings and the office is closed on Mondays. I would definately try calling later in the day. And if its been a week I would call him again, because he may be inundated with messages. But I think its worth to at least speaking with him.

I used him. There were a couple times that he didn't get back to me IMMEDIATELY, but honestly, it didn't bother me. When I REALLY needed him, he was always there. He let us change our package from film to digital 3 HOURS before our wedding!
In my profession, I also work with a lot of clients. It really is hard to get back in touch with everyone, immediately. So, I have to prioritize the needs of my clients and get back in touch with them on that basis.
Dominic is well worth it! Check out my review for photos. The review that I posted on this board has a lot more photos than the review that I have under 'Brides Review'

I think we saw you and your husband at the Twelfth night studio picking up your DVD. FI and I were just finishing up our appointment with Dominic! Your pictures looked great and FI are definately looking to book Twelfth Night. Just wanted to make sure that it wasn't just US that had a hard time getting in touch with them.
