Ok so after all the hype, I finally finished the book, I thought it was good, kind of felt like I was 13 again reading a Judy Blume book but it was a good read........anyway, so I rent the movie this weekend, all excited to finally see it AND it was horrible...please tell me I am not the only one who felt this way.

I liked book 3 and 4 better than 2...so if you can get through 2...i think you will enjoy the last 2

noo u have to finish reading it ..... dont go by how HORRIBLE THE MOVIE WAS ..... the acting was poor and they literally fastforwarded thebook .. i think for pppl who didnt read the book b4 watching the movie liked it but u get a totally diff. perspective when u rea the book !!!!
You should finish it its a great read .. plus YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH EDWARD to the point ur dreaming about him !!!

The movie was definitely nothing compared to the book. I always laughed at how crazy people went for these books and the movie but then my sister got me to read them and I'm now just starting the 4th book and I love it. I wouldn't say I'm crazy for them but they really aren't that bad. The movie ****** though. They missed so much and they just sped through so quickly!

the books are just for entertainment...they're written for teens, easy to read, nothing deep to figure out. i got addicted after the first book bc im a hopeless romantic i didnt think the movie was as bad as everyone said....ive seen WAY worse

You guys are crazy! LOL The movie is awesome! Ok, ok, the books are incredible, but come on! I thought the movie was great....I can't stop watching.... FH is starting to feel threatened by my love for Edward Cullen LOL JK

I just finished the last book btw... I hope they don't ruin the story by doing these movies! The end of the last book is a little disappointing...
I think overall, the first one is the best!!!!

i am crazy obsessed with twilight - and have figured out... you either hate it, or your obsessed!! i read all the books... but i saw the movie before... so of course, I loved the movie and all the books!! the 2nd was my least favorite - the 4th is my favorite!!!! and i love edward cullen!

Honestly I really feel like it had a lot to do with the fact that I was in the first few months of my relationship with FH when I started reading them...and I never felt like 'omg I'm in loooove with Edward' coz my FH was/is so swoon worthy to me...I'm just a big gigantic nerd hahaha I was like 'Edward ain't got nothin on FH!'

I don't agree. I had all of book 4 figured out before I even started reading! Ask my MOH. She read it before me and I called her up the night before and said, 'I don't want you to tell me if I'm right yet, but this is what I think will happen in book 4.' Needless to say, I was right. Blah. I still liked the book, though.

wow...really?? maybe bc i read each book right after the other i didnt stop to predict what would happen...i had some ideas but wasnt exactly sure how it would all end
