Two big checks!!

So we are booked!! THe Estate at East Wind July 18, 2014 and our church is booked as well! We are so relieved and excited to be set :)


P.S. I checked out Lands End, Westbury Manor, CHCC, The Vineyard Caterers and Thatched Cottage. If anyone wants info on those quotes for 2014 or my experiences i'd be happy to share.

Woohoo venue twin! Congrats, this is so exciting! Didn't you just fall in love the second you walked in? Who are you working with there? We are working with Penny and we LOVE her.

Alyssa I did!! It was beautiful, simple and elegant everything I wanted! And everyone there has been over the top professional. I am working with Mike he is really great also.

It really is perfect for what we wanted too. We went to like 8 other places and I liked almost every single one but nothing was standing out to me, FH didn't really like anywhere and I was starting to panic. When we walked in there he just lit up and we both knew! We weren't even planning on visiting East Wind because I thought it was out of our price range, we had originally went to visit Giorgio's and I figured I would call and see if anyone was available to see us on short notice since we were already out there. It was all very serendipitous!

Exactly Alyssa! I went to 5 places and I liked pieces of each one but, the room at the Estate sold me! THe huge dance floor and so spacious. Also the grounds and the space for cocktail hour (3 different areas) was unbeatable! I love the idea of the hotel next door, we plan to fill as many rooms as we can then after the block runs out looks at the other riverhead hotels. Let me know if you call anywhere and they give shuttles.
