Two big checks!
Finally after being engaged for over 6 months and only having our venue booked we got two big checks done!
First I got my dress! Yay!! I decided to go one day with myself and my mom (MOH got stuck at work and my FMIL was sick and couldn't come) We went to paradise bridal in patchogue just because it was the closest bridal store to me and also the same place my mom got her wedding dress 30 years ago. Not knowing exactly what I wanted they helped me pick out a couple of dresses. I would have never thought I would be one these girls but I fell in love with the first dress I tried on! I'm so beyond happy with it! I would put up a picture but I don't want my FH to accidentally see it. Also got my vail :)
We finally booked our photographer & videographer. We booked Justin from Studio 27 and couldn't be any happier. We instantly connected with him the first time we met with him but being the first company we sat down with we decided to look around and make sure we were making the right choice. So after meeting other companies we knew we HAD to book with studio.
It feels so good to finally get some more things done off the check list. Next thing we need to book is our DJ. We're still looking around we haven't found anyone we love yet
