got the call that my dress is in!!! nice and early i am SO happy I scheduled my first fitting for the end of June
And we got our ketubah - it looks great Cant wait to frame it and hang it in the apt (after the wedding of course)

first of all, CONGRATS!
second of all, did they say it was enough time? I'm asking because I've been putting off my fitting since it's too tight right now
eta: I don't need a lot of alterations. Just cups sewn in and bustle? I may not even need the length taken up
eta again: DOH! I'm such an idiot, I read end of july and saw you were getinng married beginning of august.

My bad, just ignore me
its just one of those days lol But they actually told me that as long as I could get in for my first fitting by July 10th they could have the dress on time (so about 3-4 weeks before the wedding) and i need HUGE alterations (the dress is a size 8 and my top is a size 4) plus bustle, cups etc. So i would say you are good til about May 10th - but each store may be different
