Ugg....I am so sick......

I swear I feel like I have the flu, but I had the flu shot two weeks ago. EVERYONE at work who got the shot has the same thing. My joints and muscles are so achey that I can't even lay down.

Did anyone else get the flu shot and feel like this?

I got the flu shot three weeks ago...I just feel like I have a cold....but I have heard people say that they have gotten sick from it though.

Before the flu shot was not available, I went to the DR to see if I should get one, I said I was afraid of feeling sick after, the Dr said to me that there is nothing at all in the flu shot that would ever make you feel the tinest bit sick, and if you feel ANYTHING you should call the DR, because you cannot get sick from a flu shot...
I would call the DR if I was you.

There are many variations of the flu and the vaccine does not prevent all of them...

I got the shot in September and was fine after. I have gotten it the past 10 years actually and never had a problem. I do have a cold now, but that's unrelated...

I think I actually have strept throat. I have a doctor's appointment at two. I'm feeling SO achey. I can't even lay down because my muscles and joints hurt too bad. I HATE being sick. Hate it, hate it, hate it.

Scotty has strep, and I'm going to the Dr. tomorrow at 2 because I think I have it as well.
I'm not at all achy though. Let me know how you make out at the Dr.
