I put my son on the bus at 7:40 and I usually go for a run around the neighborhood, shower and head to work,... but today I skipped that so i made a promise to myself to hit the gym at lunchtime. its almost lunchtime, and i already ate my lunch...

ugh!!!!! I'm right there with you!!!! It is so hard to get motivated! But I sure have not problem stuffing my face with dark chocolate and cheese its!!!!! argh!!!
