ugh

My nect is so stiff that it hurts to move my head around. My shoulders and my back are so knotted up and stiff. My eyes are burning and I have a headache.

And my whole pay check just went to my car payment

I can't figure out the job i'm working on, i'm bored, i'm tired and I just want to take a steaming hot bath. FH is home sleeping because he works overnights so I can't talk to him, and by thte time I get home after work and the gym, he'll be getting ready to go back to work.

Maybe no gym tonight since you are in alot of pain

Maybe you should just go home and take that hot steaming bath instead of the gym. Your body is probably asking for a relaxing moment...take that time out
