4 days to my wedding and my teeth are KILLING me from this stupid whitening....its so bad i want to go home because i cant concentrate

i got this stuff from my dentist - that i use with my retainers because i have the clear tray retainers -
are you using sensodyne toothpaste......if not try that it should help. it did with me....also you might be using the stronger of the gel stuff.....that is rough...I used the lighter one.
i have been using sensodyne :( its all i have been using for like 3 weeks...it must be the stronger stuff - its killing me i cant even concentrate today and i have SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much to do considering tomorrow is my last work day! ack!!!
I'm pretty sure there's a prescription strength toothpaste for sensitivity. Maybe you can get that from your dentist.
just try to stay away from hot or cold anything......and maybe take motrin or advil...it might help.

awww that's horrible. If you haven't already, stop the whitening. It should go away before your wedding... hang in there! You better flash those pearly whites all day long for all this pain!

thanks for all your suggestions - i havent really gotten the results i wanted - but i am stopping today - the pain is easing throughout the day - but i cant go through this again - this is the worst its been since i first started to do it
