i had a starbucks iced coffee HOURS ago and my hands are still shaking!! i cant fall asleep!!!! does coffee do this to any of you too?? i have to follow the no regular coffee after noon rule i guess!

Haha, I laugh with you not at you.... about a week after I met FH some friends of mine and I went out to a Dunkin Doughnuts at about 11 PM on a Sunday (I had to be up for work at 6:30 AM) I ordered a large coffee because I was FREEZING. Needless to say I didn't go to bed until 3:30 AM.
While trying to fall asleep I wrote my best friend an email entitled 'I met a real live boy and other crazy shenanigans' It's about 3 single spaced pages typed.It gets forwarded around among my friend every once in awhile for a good laugh.

happens to me all the time. the only thing with me is that when i get in the bed and close my eyes it feels like the bed is spinning..definitely not cool! Try drinking some water to flush it out your system!

ughh what's really not cool is that coffee doesn't seem to that for me in the morning when i need it most BUT at night it certainly does :D

I know, right?!!! I laid in bed wide away last night, yet if i had to go to work this morning, I'd be half alseep until noon, lol.

i love coffee it doesnt do anything to me ! i can have 100 cups and be fine ... and Starbucks is my favorite
