muscle relaxer last night because I had really bad cramps (I normally take them for a problems with my back, but rarely need them), and I am SOOOOO groggy today! I can't even move my body. I feel limp. I guess that's the last time I take those for something minor!

i used to take them because I get very bad muscle spasms in my neck and back...I usually take 1/2 a pill....you won't be so groggy
