I was just looking at one of my contracts - My reception ends at 5:30.
On my contract it says coverage til 5pm. How did I overlook this?
Sh!t Sh!t Sh!t I hope I can fix this without having to pay additional money for a 1/2 hour. Ugh I made this contract 6 months ago and somehow I overlooked this. I've been soooo careful with my contracts being exact. How did this happen!?!

Did you maybe put the wrong start time? Most vendors know how long a wedding is..I would call 1st thing tomorrow and try to work it out
Hopefully without having to pay extra

Are you doing a viennese hour? some RHs call it a viennese 'hour' but then only give you a half hour- if you fight about this you'll get the full hour though. Or it could just be a typo- in which case it should be easy to fix bc it's their fault! Just be stern and you'll be fine!

it's the video company I booked, not the reception hall.
I wanted full coverage but apparently I didn't look at the contract thoroughly enough. I'm so mad at myself.
I have off tomorrow and I'm hoping to get in touch with them.

It might not be a mistake. If you're not having a Viennese Hour, SOME photo and video vendors will leave a few minutes after the cake cutting.
1. By the end of the night people aren't looking at stunning as they were in the beginning...
2. All of the important pieces of your reception are over.
