UGH! Is summer school over yet? Warning - I'm whining! UPDATE!

I tell you if I didn't need the money from my summer salary so darn bad, I'd never work summers again. Yes, the money is paying for a pricey wedding vendor - the money is THAT good from my agency - and the building has MAJOR a/c but I have too many things to do! Today we are taking the kids to the South Street Seaport to ride that speed boat thing. I told my supervisor that 'Leslie does NOT do boats because Leslie will get sick'. I will wait for them when they are done. Not to mention it is going to be 100 degrees outside. OH JOY!!!

Yuck...I am sorry that *****!

I refuse to teach summer school. I told my FH i will find other means to make extra dough..but working on my vacation in a school no less is out of the question! I deal with enough crap during the school year, this is my time of sanity!

It will be over soon! Grab some lemonade and sit in the shade while the kids are on the boat. I'll think of you at the Seaport while I am working in a mental hospital learning the ropes!

only a few more days of summer school right? I subbed in the city last week one day, uh! I was not happy to be back in the school building before i really had to. I give you a lot of credit

I did summer school last year. It was good money, but it felt like it would never end. I refused to do it this year.

I am SOOOO with you, girl! And our A/C broke today, and will be broken tomorrow too! It's a good thing my students are actually pretty cool this year!

OK we are back from the Seaport and while I was there waiting for the boat to come back, I made appointments with two florists and an appointment to have my hair blown out for my engagement shoot. I guess I got some things done after all.

Ugh I hear ya...I work at a BOCES school this summer and the one child in my class that is verbal just loves to say 'I said no' ALL DAY LONG!!!!!
