Soooo as it were, I've gained about 11 lbs since FH and I got together. I'm under 5'2' and 127 lbs right now. I feel terrible. None of my nice jeans fit anymore, and the rest of my clothes are tight and getting dressed suucks. I know the answer is to get in gear and get my butt to the gym again, etc. However I just have such little motivation these days. It's so hard to get back into a routine. I have so many appointments after work and on my days off for the wedding, and I just can't seem to get to gym. It's even hard doing crunches and stuff at home like I used to-no motivation. The problem is that I've struggled with eating and body disorders since I was a kid. It's really hard for me to find a normal/healthy medium. I love food, and I have a naturally big appetite, so it's easy for me to eat a lot if I let myself. On the other hand, when I restrict my portions and calorie intake, I can easily go too far and stop eating and get really bad. I've been 30 lbs lighter than what I am right now from not eating, and on my frame (naturally big hips, etc.) that was an extreme amount of weight to lose. Not to mention the toll it took on my metabolism. Ah. Sorry for the vent you guys, I just feel like poop and had to get it out. xox

Re: UGH-no motivation
I've been slacking on the gym myself, I was going 3 days a week for awhile but lately it seems to be a once a week thing! I'm trying to eat better, but I love food too and its soo hard! I totally hear where your coming from and IMO its harder to get motivated to workout at home, we have a treadmill, bike and weights in our basement.....all with a thick layer of dust on them! I try to keep no junk food in the house to not even be tempted!

Re: UGH-no motivation
It's hard to be motivated at times- I totally agree and feel your pain! However, if that's how you look NOW in your avatar picture- I think you look great- 127 lbs is not bad at all! But again, it's how you feel and if you feel terrible being 11 lbs heavier, then just slowly start going to the gym or start a routine again. Once you start and stick with it, it's easy.

Re: UGH-no motivation
I was just reading this, and thinking, OMG this is me exactly...to a T!!!!!! I have such issues with my weight and I know I want to lose the weight, but I have no motivation to get to the gym and I have no self-control when it comes to eating. I like to eat really bad foods too, like mexican food. Its hard, but I just started getting back to the gym. I found it really helpful that I have a gym buddy at work. We go to spin class together and keep each other motivated. Do you think you can find someone who would come with you to work out?? Maybe even your FH??? Good luck sweetie, I know its hard...I feel your pain.
