So unlike a smart girl who probably planned this out... I just realized I'm getting married in like a year, right. I noticed that the date of my period has been moving up two days per month. Like last month I got it on the 26, this month it's the 24, etc. I just did the math and in a year it will move up like 20 spots meaning there's a great chance I will have it the day of my wedding.
HOW ANNOYING! But as a friend once pointed out, better to have it then since the chances of it being nearly over or over on your honey moon. We'll see

Talk to your gyno, they can control it with BC and you can get it after your honeymoon.

Isn't there a site where you can track the exact day you are going to get your period? Someone posted it on here a while ago.
And I agree about the BC pill... If you are on that and you are supposed to get your period that week, you can skip the placebo's and start the next pack-which would make you skip your period all together that month.

i think i am due on mine too...in a few months i am gonna go back on loestrin24 i got my period for 2 days and it was so light it was as if i didnt have it at all!!

If you go on BC you can stop it. You may spot though. I know i have done that in the past for vacation. You won't get it like normal...but you can spot for a few days. I would do it though....it will put you back a week or so and then you will be fine for your wedding.

So true. Also, if I am due to get it the following week, I'll be even MORE WEEPY on my wedding day than I would normally be! I cry at EVERYTHING the week before I get my period.

Mine starts like 3 days before, so it only lasts like 2 1/2 days or so, I should be done the morning of my wedding, but hey with my luck, u never know, lol.

Well according to the website i will get my period like the day b/4.... but i am not too worried b/c i plan on going on the pill so i can control my period!

If you are taking birth control just skip your white pills, and go right on to your next pack for that month and you wont get your period. I've done that before, and my sister did it for her wedding. I checked with my gyno b4 doing it and she said that it was fine.
