I have gas... in my chest and it freakin hurts like a mother and it's been like this since the am! w*t*f! I woke up like this so it's nothing I ate.

if youre home.. bend over ur bed. like stand on the floor facing the side of your bed and lay on it fwd.. keeping ur legs still on the gruond... stay there for 5 min.. and let them ripppppppppppppp

Aww sorry girl! It happens when you hold gas in. Used to happen to me b/c I never wanted to release in front of FH. After the last time, there is no holding back. Hmm, maybe that is to much info!
You might want to call the doc...esp if you woke up that way...
...I only say this because one time I was having TERRIBLE gas that would not go away...sooo much pain, and I didn't want to go to the doc because I was too embarrassed...I thought they were going to tell me I had gas and I was ridiculous...
...long story short, it wasn't gas, it was a really bad kidney infection...and I only figured it out after I spent a day and a half in pain and only went to the doc when it got to be so bad I couldn't even stand up straight.

Yeah I can't stand up straight.. but it's def gas. It's up in my chest right by my heart which is where it always is. If i was home i'd lay in bed and it'll go away. No, stupid work has me here! I might leave early, we'll see.

Try gas-x or phazyme hon... where exactly is the pain, are you sure it's gas?

i used to get horrible gas pains... the pain would go up into my neck and my shoulder... i didnt know what it was the first time... i went to the er, they took blood, did chest xrays, did a sonogram... i wonder how they felt when they realized it was gas.... cause i felt like a shmuck.. but it was really painful.....

ita... a few years back I woke up SCREAMING.. my father took me to the hospital, he said 'if its just gas i'll be pissed, your brother did that to me once after eating a huge jar of pickles' so needless to say i let one rip.. RELIEF! now i'm scared that dads gonna get mad.. nope 5 minutes later I was sprawled across the hospital's waiting room floor begging for death.. i had two kidneys stones. a 7mm and a 4mm it was HORRIBLE! that was almost 6 years ago.. now skip ahead: this past friday i go home with cramps, (i get my period- BAD) and i do a shot of blackberry brandy (helps the cramps) oh not this time... this time I got these pains in my back and chest that I seriously thought I drank acid and was gonna die.. I was screaming like I was being murdered... my parents think its my gallbladder.. i figured it was just BAD gas... well it started up again today and I went on webmd... yea its likely my gallbladder (had a few problems with it a few months ago) so I guess I'll be making a dr appt.
but if you really think its just gas... try the gas x strips. they work great. try that, if you still have gas later in the day.. please go to the dr.

That's why I asked too... I thought I had gas a couple of years ago and it was a kidney stone... and then I thought I was having gas problems again this past year and turns out I have to have my gallbladder removed.
If it hapens a lot, I'd def get it checked out I hope you feel better though. Gas can be very painful!
