Ugh vendor doubts....

I don't want to post which vendor...but it's been bugging me for a while. My dream was to have a different vendor, and they were booked. It was actually probably the most important vendor to me...and I think I made a hasty decision with the one I settled with.

Call me crazy but I emailed the other vendor to see if maybe they had a cancellation! Am I out of my mind?

Ugh guys, I hate feeling this way. I really wanted to love this vendor...

Seriously, you're not out of your mind.. if you're not sure..should't you go with your gut feeling? See what the vendor has to say? I'm going to wind up cancelling one of my vendors, not to say what or who (FM me if you want to chat about it ), but I have to be happy with my end choice/result. right?! Good luck

I know what you mean...I've felt that way too about one of mine but I've grown to like them so I'm pretty satisfied at this point. But the point is you have to go with your gut and if you really have an uneasy feeling or want someone else...try to fix it! I'm sure no matter what you do it will work out and it will be perfect! Your totally out of your mind! It's called bride brain You did the right thing. Hey, it can't hurt to try. The one thing I learned in my life is that if I go against a gut feeling I am screwing myself. If your gut says this is not the one for you then don't do it. Find someone else. You may lose money but you will have the confidence you need on your day and not worry about vendors. I switched RH's midway and I lost about 750 but to me it was totally worth it. Good Luck and whoever it is I hope they had a cancellation!

Im the odd one out, while I agree that your gut it right...at the same time if you had your heart set on a different vendor and they were booked you are always going to wonder if you made the right choice on the new vendor. Unless there are other reasons for your doubt.

Thank you all soooooooo very much for your support and your FMs....it's back to school today so I'm not sure when I'll get to reply to them but I will eventually!!

I feel the same way after receiving a nasty FM about a particular vendor I chose. I'm in FL, so it was hard enough for me to choose this vendor w/o being able to spend as much time with them as I would have liked

Just sent you an FM and some suggestions.

Oh I had to cancel vendors as well.

I have cancelled two of my DJ times:
1) I was able to hear him at wedding and he was
2) I cancelled the 2nd one b/c I found one that suited my style much better and he totally understood and gave me NO problems with cancelling and returning my deposit.

The last vendor is a popular DOC- that showed her true colors and I am HIGHLY dissapointed in her. I lost my deposit b/c she is dishonest and not a good buisness person!!



All in all I am trully 100% happy with ALL my vendors, now


IMO: If you are NOT 100% happy with a vendor, cancel them ASAP I was unhappy with one vendor and refused to make her ruin my day, thus the reason for cancelling her. Do what makes YOU happy!!!
