ugh, what is wrong with me

I am a lunatic.

I am the only person here who is pertrified of something absolutely HORRIBLE happening between now and the wedding. I hope I dont sound too dismal, which I know I do. But, I have anxiety when things are NORMAL, and now with the wedding, my anxiety is through the roof!!

I need a xanax.

trust me, BEEN there...still there a little...Actual had a breakdown where all this stress had me just sleeping for days to avoid it. BUT, I know its going to be the best day of my life, and negative thoughts are gonna get us no-where...so I try to think positive.

Although now Im FREAKEd about walking down the aisle..but its better then freaking 24/7 about having a foot of snow.

do you see a therapist? It is such a help with intense feelings of anxiety. You should'nt have to live feeling that way (I only ask becasue I know the feeling!)

Oh I do the same thing! I have this fear that something will happen to me or someone in my family or my FI. It's so sad. I almost wish I were getting married tomorrow. How bad is that? Why do I feel this way?
