I have a new phone, but not a new memory card for my music...so I will be running to the sounds of silence...(or whatever Crunch decides to play on their radio) boo hooo

I cannot and will not work out without music, unless I'm lifting. NO cardio will happen without tunes.

this is why I am not running, but doing stairmaster....it's half cardio/half strength. I can 'get by'

I heard it after I got my new phone.
