Someone in my social circle is getting married the same day as me. We are not friends so it isn't personal but we have a lot of the same friends. A few of my guests mentioned they got their save the dates. I wish I had sent STDs now :(

I am sure it will be fine but I will now loose some of the people I really wanted there - oh well - as long as I meet the minimum I guess its ok. Just needed to get it out!

that stinks..really. I feel bad. U shouldnt lose that many people. Tell everyone Diddy is coming to ur wedding. I saw that on super sweet 16, and he had a million ppl! Just trying to make ya smile

Aww!! That stinks!!!!!!! I know you said that you didnt send save the dates but do any of your friends know the date of your wedding?
Maybe they will pick to go to yours!

Thanks girls. I really don't think it was intentional at all. My close friends know my date and I am sure they will all be there, but I am also going to start making sure I mention the date to people when I see them so they at least know they have two invites the same day! Its probably about 40 guests (including dates) that we would have in common.

Luckily although we know a lot of the same people, we have a different set of tight friends. I guess I can stop worrying about the fact our guest list is now at 300 - lol.

Luckily my single friends never bring guests so that brings the 300 down. Realistically we were thinking it would be 240. Now maybe 220. But again, just my guesses-lol.

I doubt I will be able to. Looks like I am just ging to suck it up! Although, on the upside, we may be at the same church and able to split decor. I have to ask. Just thought of that!
