I haven't gained any weight, but I feel like a sausage in my dress. I have large breasts and between my torsolette and the dress, my boobs crease near my armpits...I think it looks terrible..
I tried on the dress last night...my jewelry doesn't match so I need to go out again for that..I snapped the eyehook in the back bending over..
I was crying all last night...I thought I loved the dress...but now i feel like a 'cookie cutter' bride...
I think I'll wear the spaghetti straps to distract from the creases...
What should I wear for jewelry.
I want a new dress. I have 10 days...
UPDATE: For once in my life I can say as a 34DD that 'IM NOT WEARING A BRA!!!' My dress fits great without it. I don't feel like a sausage anymore and my boobs are in the right spot now...not spilling out!! I love my dress again..I am wearing Chandeliers and decorating my hair...no necklace.
Can I say RELIEF???? Now I am having trouble concentrating at work and am so excited I can't stand it!
You poor baby... you are just FREAKING OUT!!! Don't worry you probably look great, you are just getting married in 10 days and very stressed. I would take a look at your undergarments. Maybe they are not helping. Since your dress is beautiful. Hang in and there and don't worry...

Breathe.....
Ok, the spaghetti straps sound like a good idea. If you want jewelry that will bring the attention away from your chest, maybe you can try a multi-stran illusion neclace of pearls or 'diamonds' that will create a pattern up & away from your chest.
I would definately avoid any BIG jewlery or a heavy chocker....it might have the advers effect.
also, do not owrry about being cookie-cutter.... I went throught the same feeling at my final fitting 3 days before my wedding, but when I was all done up & had the veil & tiara, etc... i felt very different.
BTW your dress is gorgeous. the detailing is really beautiful.

I think that dress is gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't get a new one. Get some new jewelry and put on the straps if it makes you feel better. It is a gorgeous dress though!!!

Take a deep breath! I am sure you look wonderful and special in your dress (not a cookie cutter bride). If you are worried about 'armpit fat' (this is my cousin's term for the crease you are talking about ) straps will help. If the eye hook broke it means the dress is too tight and they need to take it out a bit (not your fault, but I can understand how it makes you feel). I'm sure you will find perfect matching jewelry as well. Your dress is gorgeous and you will be stunning on your day!

Take a deep breath. You have a beautiful dress. I think that if the straps make you more comfortable then wear them. I like the suggestion made about the necklace. You will be a beautiful bride!!!

Re: UGHH- Really stressed about dress...
It's not really 'armpit fat' although I do know what you mean....it's the fact that my boobs are being pushed up so high and squished that they have that 'boob crease' - I wish I had a picture. My FSIL was with me when I tried it on and she says it looks great and that only I notice it...
Should I wear no necklace and chandeliers?

Just from experience with bridesmaids dresses and stuff sometimes the bra pushes you breasts too high. Get another bra. I cannot stress that enough, something that does not push them up. I have 36DD and in one bridal party i looked like by boobs were in my neck practically. dont do straps they will attract attention to your problem area. the jewlery idea is good however you do not want to take attention away from your gown. the less attention to the boobs the better.

I think we're our own worst critics and your FSIL is probably right. Your dress is gorgeous! I would wear simple jewelry since your dress has such beautiful detailing.

You are freaking out. That dress is beautiful. If you are really worried about the boob issue, put the straps on. It will look great and you will look beautiful either way.

I was also told this yesterday. I think that I am going to look for a new bra. I actually got fitted for my current one, but it does push my boobs up to far!! I don't need a lift, I just want support. I am a 34DD... Once I straighten this out I'm sure everything will be fine! I just got some new jewelry last night and feel much better.
Thank you LIWedding girls....you always know how to ease someones mind.

Bras do make a big differnce. Did you go to a store where they help you? I never get the right kind on my own, I'm any going to try Town shop in NYC or Georgettes in Hicksville.

Yes, I got mine from Blum's in Patchogue. I had a woman come right into the dressing room with me...it seemed to fit fine in the store, but I think it gives me too much lift. I'm gonna try some other places this weekend and bring my current one with me and show them the problem.

The dress is gorgeous!!! I am sure you will look absolutely beautiful!
The bra is a good idea, and maybe a girdle if you are feeling self-conscious? They do wonders.
If you are afraid of not looking unique, you could always get a different pair of earrings? I am sure that when everything comes together you will not be a cookie-cutter bride!
Remember - you are your own worst critic!

Re: UGHH- Really stressed about dress...
I was originally going strapless...until my final fitting! I felt like my boobs were flying out of the top and I decided to go with the spaghetti straps. Felt MUCH better after that decision! Don't stress; you'll look great!
