The one who made my unity candle. We've been going back and forth since mid-november. She sent me one. Claims it was lost (although she never even gave me tracking info ) Finally today I get it. I asked her for ivory candles and what does she give me? Ivory taper candles and a white pillar candle. Seriously it looks ridiculous...
UPDATE She actually has been so accomodating. She offered to send me a new one and even said take anything else off of her store and she'll throw it in for free

put a complaint in 1st (if you can..never used etsy) or warn her going to. please don't settle for it. tired of people who think they can get away with sh*t
I emailed her but she hasn't respond yet but seriously how do u not realize the thing u did doesn't match. Or if you're all out of ivory then just tell me that I am so frustrated and PMSing I just wanna Fukkin cry right now...

DEF talk to her one more time and if you aren't happy with what she has to say or what she does then make a complaint against her (if you can like Alyssa said). THEN, find another vendor to use and ask the esty woman if you can return it because you aren't happy with it. If you can't make a complaint, maybe tell her you're going to let the BBB know that she is either 1. running a business that isn't legit or 2. ripping you off (if she is).

sounds like she doesnt know the 1st thing about candles. sorry for all your troubles lately!!
Ok so she emailed me back - she is going redo the candle and send it to me I'm glad she's willing to rectify these errors. I was hoping to have this all over with by now but If she's willing to correct all the errors what can I say?

remember that if you pay with paypal you have 45 days to get your money back from the date of transaction!!! just an FYI
send an email to etsy abuse and theyll contact the seller for you but thats as much as they can do, they act as a mediator
if it was me id send back the product and get refunded from paypal and move on to another seller

Sorry hun that your having issues. Usually the vendors from Etsy is so very easy to work with. Bummer! And ITA with the other girls: DON'T SETTLE!
