Ughhhh (nwr)

We've had no heat in my apartment building for at least 2 weeks, and I just called my land lord and he said it should be fixed by tomorrow.....he said the same thing last week.

He said they're 'having a hard time finding the problem' well forgive me sir if I have a hard time finding the mailbox to send my rent check this month.

Id tell him youre witholding rent. Send him a certified letter stating the problem so you have it in writing.

By law you are entitled to heat.

I hope they fix it soon

Do you know if there is any amount of time they're given to fix the problem before you can withhold rent?

No, it's a private set of garden apartments called maple crest. I kinda wish it were a bigger place though, I'd have more people to air my grievances to lol
