ughhhhhhh so annoyed!!!

I have gotten ALOT of check marks on my macy's registry in the last week and I thought it was so weird.. I went to the thank you card manager and saw that a ton of people I don't know/never heard their names bought gifts off the registry.. I even received a 5 piece place setting last week in the mail from someone from TEXAS!?!

I'm starting to think that Macy's screwed up my registry and linked it to somebody else's... I am afraid of getting all of these check marks on my registry for gifts that I never actually received. I have to wait until tomorrow to call customer service at 11am when they open up, but I am so annoyed/confused

Does FH have any family from Texas? I received a gift in the mail the other day (an expensive one!) and I came to find out it's FMIL's work friend. I had no idea who the woman was!

so it turns out that my registry ID is almost exactly like someone else's, and whenever her fine china gets bought it comes to my house... nothing else would come off off my registry though because the fine china is the only stuff in common between both registries.. macy's basically said though that if fine china gets delivered to my house that technically I can keep it and say that i thought it was a distant relative, and when the other bride calls to say she never received it they will send her another because macy's screwed up the registry IDs.. so it's a win win!
