I have to do this really annoying thing... don't get me wrong...I LOVE my RH...but since we are required to give meal choices beforehand (which I do like so that there isn't a ton of food going to waste...but it's annoying)...I have to:
-Give a chart with the total number of each dish at each table
-Make lil tiny dots on the backs of each placecard to indicate what they person is eating
-Make a comprehensive list of everyone, their table number, and their meal choices
