today......my throat is scratchy, I'm nasal and congested and my eyes itch!

Me too!!! I couldn't even sleep last night!
Being out west was such a treat even though it was DRY!!!

I take Benadryl for allergy,sinus and headache. I love it!

I woke up last night because my throat hurt so bad. I drank some of Gatorade's Propel water. Its thicker then regular water- really coated my throat. Mom and I like it at room temp better then cold.

It is so weird. My left eye keeps tearing and it is only my left eye. Does this sound like allergies and has this happened to anyone else. It is so annoying.

The only problem I have with it.... is when I first start taking it for the year.... it wires the hell out of me. I have trouble sleeping for the first week or so. Then my body adjusts.
Its definitely not a cure-all. But I can tell when the pill starts to wear off (12 hour pills).
