i'm an accountant. who told you there was a problem processing your refund? did you get a letter?

were you having it direct deposited? sometimes there is a problem with the bank information.

can you get more information off of the website?

yeah we were. i hope thats all it is... we gotta start paying people soon!
no more info, it just tells us to call them. We told our preparer about the problem so hopefully they can find out what it is exactly. its just a pain in the butt.

Thanks! I must be tired though because I wanted to check my state refund..........DUH, I have to pay!!!!!!
