I went to my bank and asked for certified checks for my final payments to vendors. Well, I just figured out that they gave me 'cashiers checks', which is basically the same thing 'I THINK'. Will my vendors take this instead of a certified check from me? It;s basically just a check from the bank instead....

A cashiers check is just like cash, they should take that.

I think that is what they generally want, I may eb worng but I thought a 'certified' check was a bank check and is teh equivakent of cash.

I work in banking- they are pretty much the same thing - the are both Certified funds from the bank - vendors should have no problems!
