is right! That's the best food!

I'm sure there is a coctail hour----it's just another phrase to say instead of reception to follow.
We used the term dinner and dancing because it was something a little different, and a little lighter, but we are having a coctail hour.

We were going to have our reception start at 9, end at 1 .. I assumed dinner would be out by 11, which my mother thought was too late, so for that reason and others we opted for a Sat. day wedding instead. Based on your little review of this late wedding, I am glad we went with the Sat. day wedding!
