hey girls... i am having such trouble finding an affordable hair/makeup place.. i need to get a trial soon and was wondering how they do at ulta?

I am in the same boat as you, however i less than a month and don't have solid make up plans. I think that i will end up at ULTA. i went to the one in commack last month and i got a trial-- depends who you get i think but i was not charged. she did a good job and it stayed on all day.
i didnt make an appointment, i just went in early on a sunday.
