Um m/c ladies...I need help (yes, again)

As you all know, I miscarried starting on a Monday (this monday is 4 weeks) and I am STILL bleeding. For awhile it was VERY sparse and brown, well the last day or two it's been red, like bright red.

Is this AF??? I had thought it was stopping and for awhile I'd wipe and there would be nothing-TMI, sorry)

Now it's red every time I wipe. At the U/S on Jan 3 they said there was a little more blood left...but that was 2 weeks ago.

Do you know when your HCG went down to zero? I know you had 215 a couple of weeks ago, right? It doesn't sound like you could have AF, because even if you came down to 0 in that week, that still doesn't give you enough time to ovulate and then get AF, though you can never tell. I expected to ovulate two weeks after my m/c and from what my levels are coming back as, it looks like I probably ovulated maybe just a few days after the bleeding stopped, so if you ovulated immediately after you came down to 0, maybe... I would call your Dr. tomorrow AM because if it isn't AF, you definitely shouldn't be bleeding at this stage...

I'm so sorry you still have to deal with this crap!! I can't imagine how frustrating it is!

I got AF before my beta was down to zero. It was reslly low, but not zero yet.

I don't know, it might be different though b/c I had a shot of methatrexate to help me miscarry and I only bled for 4 or 5 days...but it took 6 weeks or so to get down to zero...

I don't go back for more bloodwork until 1/24!!! Could it be because DH and I were intimate??? I've read that an infection could cause bleeding to start up again.....

crap....this is SO annoying and frustrating and upseting

I know they say that you should avoid intimacy until the bleeding stops, but the liklehood of it actually causing an infection is pretty remote, I think. Whatever it is, I would call your Dr. tomorrow and get an earlier appointment. There's no sense in stressing if it's something silly, and if it IS an infection, you should be seen sooner than later, right? Keep your head up!! In the end, when you DO get pregnant again, and you have a beautiful baby girl or boy in your arms, you'll look back and think it was all worth it...

I don't know Shana - it sounds a little odd to me to be bleeding that long! Have you asked your dr about it? I would go back before 1/24.. I wish it were all over for you!

I think I will call tomorrow....I wonder if they are open. I have read that the bleeding can take several weeks.

At my last appt. I asked the dr if we could have sex again and she said yes....I didn't want to do it without her approval.

I wonder if I could have ovulated in the last few weeks even though I was still spotting some brown here and there.....
