Tonight was awesome!
We had a great turn out! Here are some photos. Ladies feel free to name who you are...sorry I tried to remember everyones names but....

Long Island Weddings treated us all to dinner, THANK YOU again!! It was greatly appreciated.

Vendors donated prizes for us that were raffled off and heres who they were & what they won:

And the Grand Prize...A night at the Huntington Hilton with breakfast in the morning..and no it was NOT fixed, the ladies there will tell you...ME!!!!
(Will be used for my wedding night stay!!)

I apologize for not having all the vendors names who donated these prizes..I will edit when I do.

Also LIWeddings had us T-shirts made that say LIWeddings.com I'm addicted. but they weren't ready yet and will be mailed to us.

It was so much fun! I can wait for the next one!

I found my wedding soulmates in those that love wooden hangers, LL and know how hard it is to second guess your photographer 100 times a day!
Curly, I almost called JoVon this morning. I really had to stop myself. How do you think FH would take that news?? Oops honey, I seem to have booked 2 photography studios!

(maybe then he would take the second photographer news a little better)

I believe you girl. I had DREAMS of B&W photos all night. I've completely lost my marbles.

You could tell your FH that a 'friend' threw in the 2nd photo guy as a 'gift' He'll' be none the wiser after you cash your wedding gifts

It looks like everyone had a great time. I wish I could of been there. Even though I was not there I would still like to thank LIWeddings for this wonderful site and these wonderful friends for all there advice and support.

Let me know when the next GTG is going to be so that I can try my hardest to make it.

I am giving poor FH such a bad rep But he is a groomzilla when it comes to the wedding budget (whatever that is- I vaguely remember making one, but I think I surpassed it when I booked my hall!!).

I think I will tell him we booked 2 photographers originally. He was there when we signed the contract, but he was not really paying attention....so I think I can slide that 'small' detail by him. Now if I had booked a band and not told him, I think he would probably notice that!!

Do you know what I almost did last night?

I almost looked up JoVan's # so I can make an appointment.
I also almost looked at my photograhpy contract (in case I have to cancel. . . .)
But then I resisted and reminded myself how much I love Nick !!!!!

I can't believe you are doubting our photographer also!!!!!!!!! Me, you and Adrienne should storm into JoVon, LOL!!!!!! Seriously though, Laurenconsidines pics were AMAZING!!!!!!!

I agree Laurenconsidines were amazing but you guys booked a great photographer. Look at Tammyjill's pictures they were also amazing and she used Cassarino also.

Well if you all 3 got to JoVon together, you know for sure you will get amazing deals for booking 3 at a time.

Sounds like you all had such a great time! I was just reading some of what you wrote about JoVon. What is the story? I am using them (Telmo and Beth) and I LOVE them. I got my engagement pics this week and they are AMAZING!! JoVon and Flower Michele are my favorite vendors! Was there a bad story about them? Thanks!

I know, I need a subliminal message to play while I am asleep, saying 'you have a wonderful photographer. You will have beautiful wedding photos' Of course, I had not factored in the 3 wedding discount we could all get ladies!! (there go my marbles, its all over for me)

No JoVon was great. I don't know if you have seen Laurenconsidines that she posted online which were amazing. We got to see more of her proofs yesterday at Umbertos and the pictures were beautiful. I love the fact that the proofs came 4 x 7 instead of 5 x 5.

well, i finally made it to the computer! i also wanna say that it was a great experiance last night! now we can chat and know who the face is behind the screen...its way more friendly now! i would also love to thank LIWEDDINGS for taking the time out to meet all of us crazy brides...thank you for everything!!!! i hope to see all you girls again and hopefully some that didnt show!!! thank you jenn and tammy for taking the time out to arrange such a fun night, i know it must of been hard getting everything and everybody together!
