Umm, my big toe has been numb for like two hours!

I don't know what the hell is going on. It's really weird. I have no shoes on and I've been walking around on it, massaging it, etc, and still it's numb

ouch! This happens sometimes to my sister. Keep massaging, it'll stop in a few hrs. Her MD said that its a build up of lactic acid, like a charley horse, but in her toe. Hydrate yourself, she always has a gatorade or something. If its still there in a couple hrs, I would call the Dr. - it could be something completely different.
