Wish I had an answer for you. Personally I think the whole thing was blown way, way out of proportion. They cut away so fast that you could barely (pun intended) see anything anyway. I mean you see more in the Victoria's Secret ads than you saw of Janet. And um hello...where is all the crap the Justin should be getting for doing it then? I still see his NBA basketball commercials on ABC.

I just don't see what the big deal is. How about the powers that be spend their time figuring out how to rid the world of AIDS, cure world hunger or just fix our economy? Now that is stuff that matters!

A class action lawsuit has been filed against her and Mr. timberlake. Now that is just plain bogus the reasoning causing people much anger and embarassment, if your embarassed by a boob god help you!

I agree. Yes, it was stupid but DROP IT!!!! The thing is when we actually watched it that day you were kind of like, hummmm, did I just see what I think I saw.........no big deal. The big deal came afterwards when EVERY news station had it and EVERY paper had it. It is kind of stupid, they say the children, the children, the children but they are making such a big deal out of it that any child that didn't see now WANTS to see it.

I am so so over this already. I got over it the very next day. The media will keep on talking about it until they find something new to beat to death. Things are slow for them now, J-Lo and Ben broke up, the media is strapped for ideas.

1) It wasn't her call to do it. She was hired to do a job and took it upon herself to make changes - can't do that (Just think if the owner of your business came to work one day and the front of his buildiong was painted pink. Some employee said I like the color pink so I repainted - survey says, you are fired!)

2) This was on public TV where kids are watching - def not a good thing (affects advertisers, public trust etc)

3) It goes against what the FCC allows

4) AOL paid 10 million to produce the show with the agreement that they could stream the half time show on their network. Can't do that now and AOL wants money back.

So all-in-all her boob isn't a big deal - there are bigger - but the result of her actions is where the problem begins. You just can't take it upon yourself to make these kinds of decisions.

Very true. Her boobs were the gateway to all the other dramma. Did anyone hear about the old lady who is filing a class action lawsuit because she was so affected by this?

I agree with everything LIW says - under these laws and society...but the real fact is...our society needs to lighten up...


where an entertainment doesn't have to do something like this to get attention (or take it away from her brother)


why can't artists wow us with their voice...and talent...why do they have to pull stupid, pathetic stunts that the media picks up on and makes us seem like the biggest prudes on the planet...
