Like I said - it was weird before but no one cared.

I never mind other year's brides posting on our board- I post on 2011 sometimes, but I would never get in a conversation like this. I don't know you guys well enough to judge on that level- tv show or no tv show.

Yes that thread on '11 may have turned dramatic but starting this thread ensured that drama happened...it basically baited it. I'm not saying any of the ensuing drama was right and I'm not saying it wasn't entertaining (of course it was). Just observing.

I just wanted to say that I love the 10er's and look at the posts on this board a lot (even though I don't respond), mainly bc of Megan (I'm My Own Princess)'s funnies posts crack me up!! AND I love to see all the newlyweds pictures!!

SANDRA--we went to the same high school!!!!! I was class of '04 but my brother was '02 and he told me you were on the show. Just wanted to say that I think you are soo sweet on the show!!

I haven't read the replies and I think the producers told Sandra she may get haters. It happens with reality TV. She's got thick skin I am sure. And yeah, they got paid. Wouldn't you want money if that was you for being filmed all that time? Why would someone do it for free scripted or not?

Although I may not have done that, good for Sandra and her DH. They are young and in 5 years no one will remember and they will have some scratch!

The point was that if you are walking down the street and leave YOUR neighborhood and cross into someone else's neighborhood... and all the people there are sitting on their porches -- would you start popping off at the mouth and saying something about neighbor X when neighbors Y and Z are right there?

And would especially keep at it if Y and Z said 'Okay, that's your opinion but let's try to drop it.'

People comment on bridal shows ALLLL the time. there was an 08 bride that was on My fair wedding and people ripped her a new one because she was not that good on the show. its going to happen when you go on national tv... and once again especially a show called MY BIG FRIGGIN WEDDING.
