I AM ABOUT TO GO CRAZY
havent posted about this in a while bc after all my crazy posts about my *** photog the '10 girl got in touch with our photog and he called me and 'assured me he is in good hands etc' blah blah blah. i wanted to switch but fh didt want to lose our deposit. so i said lets schedule epics- so at least we get something out of our big deposit. he called me on 10/7 and wanted to schedule epics for 10/11 - i was like...uugh no...thats like 5 days and i need to sched makeup etc... fh had to work. so he goes' i will call you back with my schedule'. never heard back . called and left a vm last week about picking a date. no response. called 5 min ago.... omg to everyones surpirse... the message from the operator said 'the number you have reached is temporaraly disconnected' fml ready to be jason and grab my weapon! i am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo pissed

this is like the second time your photographer's phone has been disconnected. he has proven that he's not very reliable and i personally wouldn't want to deal with the added stress. i would find a new photographer.

ugh get another photographer and get ready to sue him. Id send a letter telling him you want your deposit back. if its returned to you, you can use that in court. if its not, hell receive it and contact you.

Send it with that little green tag that needs to be signed so you know he got it too.

and to answer the other girls questions-
his 'office' or 'studio' as listed on website is fake
and i know i should look on the positive side- but the 12 or 1300 that we gave as a deposit is tough to swallow since we have 2 kids, a morgage and a very tight budget!!! i am considering small claims. and my mom offered to put down a deposit for a new photog:) love mommys!

I would just to give you added ammo when you get his azz into court. Print out his website that states that is his address too before he pulls it or changes it.
