I would get yourself a good bra. I got mine at Intimacy in the city. They are bra fitting experts. I also wore a cute pair of Victoria's Secrets panties... ones that were light blue (my something blue!) and said 'Just Married' or 'Property of the Groom' or something cute like that. I also had peds on my feet so I wouldn't get blisters. (I had closed toe shoes.) That was it! No spanx, nothing. I worked out for mooonnttthhsss before my wedding and got myself into pretty good shape. Plus both my dresses (yeah, I had two... gah haha) had built in 'devices' to keep you in. (My first dress had boning and some sort of inner belt. The second dress had a corset back.) Yeah, spanx might've made a difference but I wanted to be comfortable on my wedding day. I wanted to enjoy it and be able to stuff my face without getting sick! Be comfortable, I say, and enjoy it

I would love a good corset-type thing under my dress. I still have a few months before my first fitting, so I still have a few months to decide what to wear (and to lose some weight! lol). Fredrick's sells these corset/boustier things that either come with straps or are strapless. I'd need strapless ... but it will hold you in and boost up the girls ... and serve as wedding night lingerie as well ;) Maybe I'll get a blue corset as my 'something blue' ...

I didnt wear tights, but I also knew that i would be barefoot most of the reception lol
