Underwater Centerpieces

Hey Ladies, I need help sorting this one out!
So I really like the underwater centerpices idea and I went to my florist today and he said he'll put the sample together for me, but I'm now a bit worried about the heights!! Would 15' be too low?? I asked for 15' and 12' cylinder vases then I think he also wants to do a smaller one like 8' tall or so, so it will be a set of underwater centerpieces with votive candles all around the table but I'm worried about the height, you think I should go taller or shorter or these sizes sound right?
HELP Please!

TIA!!

It really depends on your RH. My room has a low ceilings so my underwater arrangements are 8 and 10 inches. I didn't want anything too tall.

Thanks Pixietina!
It just worries me that too tall might make it hard for people to be able to have a conversation with others across the table from them and too low won't have the 'decorating' effect we're looking for. ohhhh, decisions, decisions!

you can always ask them to make a smaller version along with the ones they already talked about. see how both the small and tall will look

You're right, plus he did say the smaller ones are much cheaper since the glass price get much lower. I'll call him tomorrow and ask what sizes we're doing for the samples and see....
