Unique Cake Fillings...

Not your typical fruit and mousse fillings, let's share some of our more creative ideas!

For instance, I thought these sounded yummy... cookies n cream, dulce de leche, and banana cream.

My sister had: chocolate mint and chocolate peanut butter! Yummy!

Chocolate mint, yum!! I can't think of anything but that sounds soooo good to me.

Canoli filling. Everyone at my wedding that had it loved it. Ours was 1/2 canoli and half choc. mousse and I think the canoli won out!

A friend of mine had hazelnut mocha filling and chocolate ganache (sp?)... soooo good!!!

Yea, we're definitely going to have a layer with canoli filling - even though I don't really like it. FI used to tell me he couldn't marry me b/c I don't like it. hehe! His side of the family will love it though!

Just had a thought...

FI and I LOVE Phish Food ice cream - it's our absolute favorite. Maybe we could get a chocolate cake with a filling that consisted of marshmallow creme, caramel, and fudge swirled together. YUMMMMMM!!!!
