I googled mini hangers and ebay had them ... 5 colored wire hanger for $1.49. you can make a t-shirt from cardstock. it would be very cute.
The scrapbook companies (like joliees) sometimes has them but the shirts are usually fabric.
If I see something else, I'll let you know. I love creative projects!

Of course, now I cant find the original ebay items.. but i think that any scrapbooking supply co or michaels would sell the hanges. above are some links to maybe help you with the idea.
