Hi 2012 Brides! I was just wondering if anyone has any unique guest book ideas? FH and I want to do something a little different...but have no idea what to do.

I like the wine bottles!!
I saw a cute idea where you put out a calendar... some people customize it with e-pics... and have people sign on their birthday. This was a great idea until someone pointed out that some might expect a birthday cards for their birthdays after the wedding. Its definitely unique!!

I'm doing a message in a bottle guestbook. Since I am doing a beach wedding, I thought it was only fitting to just go with it.
Also, my MOH sent me this link very early on in the planning process. Hope it sparks some creativity!
We are doing table number notebooks. Basically, it's a small notebook at each table. Guests are prompted to leave a message, piece of advice, or memory inside the book, and are told that the bride and groom will read it on their XXX anniversary. The XXX is the table number. So, if the notebook is for Table number 12, that book will be read on the 12th anniversary. I've got pics in my album.

I'm doing a pin-up board. I cute post-its , which guests will use to write us messages and then pin them up!

We are doing a signature frame instead of a book, not necessarily unique, but different from the standard guest book. Figured we'd get more use out of a frame that we can hang in our house someday then a book that will sit in a box in storage somewhere!

I have seen figure print trees and people who do the photobooth have their guest put their pictures in a book.

An idea I stole from Mara (A bride on here) was to have everyone autograph a jersey from your fav sports team. I've seen two different types of frames- one you write on with sharpies, and one you etch into a mirror.
Then there's the photobooth guest book - except a lot of old people won't use it. There's also a smaller idea, which is have someone take polaroids (or some other type of instant photo) of guests as they arrive, and then place their photos in a book for them to sign next to.
You can also have a photo book of you and FH and have people sign the pages.

Wee are getting a blank, plain white puzzle and having guest sign the pieces. Then we can frame it!!
