My FH and I really like the invitations we saw on Jean M - particularly the use of color (paper and ribbons). We're a little concerned about ordering online. Anyone know where we can get these type of invites locally or has anyone used Jean M and what were your experiences? Thanks.
Does Jean M do samples? They should be able to send you samples of their work and you could see it for yourself. I ordered my invites online and had no problems, but I requested a bunch of samples which helped me narrow down my choices.
Jean M does offer samples of the paper and print that they use. When I ordered mine, they'd just begun the invitation line so they just sent me the blank paper and ribbon. I'm not sure if they send actual sample invitations now though.
I used jean M for a few wedding things (not invites) and had a great experience with them. I received my order very quickly.
Jean M has great designs but I wasn't blown away by my samples- might have been what I choose. I had an invite with a sleeve over a rectangular card and it shifted. Good experience tho- try ordering samples now- they offer generic printed samples.
Encore makes very similar ones. I went to the 'Writing Place' in Stony Brook Village. They have a big selection. I got my STD from them and they came out great. I didn't order invities yet, I just went and looked.
