Unique / non-traditional gowns?
Hey ladies - I'm an OLD timer (married in Oct 05) but am looking for ideas for a friend who just got engaged
She's not into your 'typical' traditional weddings/gowns so I'd love if you could post your 'unique' gown - esp any one with a little color in it. Please share the designer too!

Not sure how 'unique' mine is, but the bolero has a very couture look to it... not sure if this is what she was going for. It is a Paloma Blanca.

Since it was taffetta, the color changed in the lighting and ranged from a very mauve/pink, to a taupey color. I loved it to pieces! Here are two pics...plenty more in the link to my proofs which is in my profile. It was a Maggie Sottero 'Angel.'

i got mine from davids bridal the part that got me was the blue flowers... FH will be in his Army dress blues and they will just pop next to him.

My gown!
I'm the same way, I hate wedding gowns, I drove the bridal attendants crazy! They finally found a non wedding gown wedding gown for me!
Jenny Packham (a little pricey but I'm so lucky my auntie helped, cause I hated literally everything)
thats not me, its some chick in London wearing it :D

stephanie james has beautiful vintage style gowns...no vendor in the area yet though....someone who works in bridal should change that
